Three techniques of laser frequency stabilization in reference to Fabry-Perot cavity are introduced and theoretically analyzed.By comparing error signal,the side-locking has the highest steepness at the lock point,the most intense signal and the widest control range,and performs better than the other two,so it is a powerful technique for laser frequency stabilization.
