An Empirical Study on Project Relationship Quality,Project Performance and Their Impact Relationship

Project is produced during the participants' relationship,project performance is not absolute from the participants' mutual relationship.By questionnaire the paper collected 175 sample data about Chongqing's construction engineering project,SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling Approach have been employed to analyze how to measure the project relationship quality and the project performance and the impact relationship between them.The results show that the construction engineering project relationship quality can be measured through trust,commitment,communication and equity;while the project performance can be measured through process and innovation,quality and stakeholders;Moreover the empirical result from the impact of each dimension of project relationship on each dimension of project performance can direct us how to improve the project performance by relationship method.
