摘要
Nanomechanical resonators allow operating frequency approaching the range of several 100 MHz. A model is presented based on the Duffing equation, which describes the behavior of the nanomechanical resonators. Moreover, a numerical method is used to analyze the dynamic characteristic of the nanomechanical resonators driven by Lorentz Force. It is shown that the resonators have obvious nonlinear characteristic. The results are in agreement with the published experimental results. This analyzing method can be taken as a reference for the design of the nanomechanical mixer.
