Determination of L-Citrulline in Enzymatic Conversion Solution by Diacetylmonoxime-Thiosemicarbazide Colorimetry

A diacetylmonoxime-thiosemicarbazide colorimetry was established for determination of L-citrulline in enzymatic conversion solution. The in? uence factors including absorption wavelength, thiosemicarbazide concentration and Fe3+ were investigated. The linearity range was 0.1 -20mg/L (r = 0.999), and the average recovery was 99.8%.
