摘要
Herein, the low-cost Cu/Ni(OH)2 nanocomposites are fabricated and act as an electrode for nitrate reduction reaction (NO3-RR) in alkaline conditions to alleviate the growing energy demand and environmental pollution. Cu/Ni(OH)2 demonstrate an enhanced electrochemical performance. It is found that the synergistic effect between Cu nanosphere and Ni(OH)2 nanosheet can improve NO3-RR dynamics with high Faradaic efficiency (91.90%), NH3 selectivity (92.10%) and long durability.
