The Promise of Novel Therapies to Abolish Gluten Immunogenicity in Celiac Disease

Pultz et al1 describe a novel promising glutenase to reduce gluten immunogenicity, and Kelly et al2 report a clinical trial that uses intravenous administration of gliadin-loaded nanoparticles (TAK-101) to restore tolerance to gluten.
