摘要
Scanning path plays a very important breakthrough for preparing optical anti-reflectance micro/nano-structure on the surface of NiTi alloy. The nanosecond laser circular scanning focus on three strategies, which are the scanning pitch (strategy A), the scanning angle (strategy B) and the multi-pass scanning (strategy C), respectively. Three strategies possess the characteristics of high flexibility, strong convenience and easy controllability. The results indicate that the best optical anti-reflectance micro/nano-microstructure, which is 5% during the measurement wavelength of 400nm ~ 800nm, is obtained by 10-pass scanning among strategy C.
