Progresses of interstitial pneumonia with autoimmune features

Interstitial pneumonia with autoimmune features refers to one of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia that has underlying autoimmune clinical characteristics but does not meet established criteria for connective tissue disease.With the development of the term and its diagnostic criteria, a series of cohort studies have been carried out in multi-centers around the world.Based on the domestic and foreign literatures in the past five years, this review discusses and summarizes the clinical manifestations, serology, morphology and other aspects, which may provide new ideas and insights for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
