Reviewing documents on cardiac surgery and summarizing the latest suggestions about the preoperative evaluation, the management of cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) and post - operative analgesia, the prevention of postoperative cognitive dysfunction, and the parctice of blood conservation. Learning the latest trend of anesthesia management that changed with the cardiac surgery is helpful to the clinical practice in anesthesia and the safety of anesthesia and patients.
