摘要
Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airway. Repeated inflammatory injury and tissue repair can lead to airway remodeling. The airway epithelial mesenchymal transformation (EMT) plays an important role in airway remodeling of asthma. Various cytokines and signaling pathways, such as transforming growth factor β (TGF-β), nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4), are involved in the molecular regulation of EMT.哮喘是一种慢性气道炎症性疾病,反复的炎症损伤与组织修复可导致气道重塑。气道上皮间质转化(epithelial mesenchymal transition,EMT)在哮喘的气道重塑中发挥了重要作用。转化生长因子β,核因子‐κB和溴结构域蛋白4等多种细胞因子及信号通路参与了EMT的分子调控。.
