The important role of nighttime compression in breast cancer–related lymphedema treatment

Nighttime compression is often overlooked for patients with breast cancer–related lymphedema, yet it is feasible, adherence to it is high, and arm volume and lymphedema‐specific quality of life improve with its use. Nighttime compression should be added to the self‐maintenance program for patients with breast cancer–related lymphedema.
