摘要
In the current study, a new Co(II) coordination polymer (CP) with the chemical formula of [Co2(chtc)(H2O)]·3H2O (1) has been successfully prepared via using a flexible carboxylate ligand cyclohexane-1e,2a,4a,5e-tetracarboxylic acid (H4chtc). Its treatment and testing values on calculus of ureter was evaluated and the related mechanism was explored at the same time. First of all, the bactericidal activity of the compound on Escherichia coli was determined by the diluted micro-plate method. In addition to this, the content of the inflammatory cytokines in the urine was measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection kit. The carboxyl functional groups on the complex were identified to be the origin of the activities that were observed from experiments by molecular docking simulation.
