摘要
Abstract Perovskite materials hold significant promise for X‐ray detection due to their high X‐ray attenuation coefficient, efficient charge mobility, and tunable compositions and optoelectronic properties. Nonetheless, extracting the charges deep inside the thick semiconductors remains a challenge. Here, the 1D cytidine lead bromide perovskite (CytPbBr 3 ) with a regularly arranged Donor (D)–Acceptor (A) heterojunction structure is reported. The organic interlayer contributes to the conduction band, while the inorganic framework constructs the valance band. Such a D–A heterojunction structure offers two separate channels for electrons and holes transport, suppressing the charge recombination rates with improved charge collection efficiency, and thus yields a high device sensitivity of 1.2 × 10 6 µC Gy air −1 cm −2 with a low noise equivalent dose (NED) of 44.6 pGy air .
