Cell Polarity-related Gene PTK7, a Potential Diagnostic Biomarker in Pan-cancer

PTK7 (Protein Tyrosine Kinase 7), a member of the receptor protein tyrosine kinase family, was originally discovered in colon cancer cells. It plays a pivotal role in numerous developmental and physiological processes, particularly in the regulation of cell polarity. Despite accumulating evidence of PTK7's significant influence on tumor development, a comprehensive pan-cancer analysis of PTK7 has yet to be conducted.
