摘要
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Camellia Oleifera Abel.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods and the structures were determined by physiochemical and spectral analysis or by comparing with standard compounds.Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as lupeol(1),1-(3′,5′-dimethoxy)phenyl-2-(4″-hydroxy)phenylethane(2),oleanolic acid(3),daucosterol(4),kaemferol(5),kaempferol-3-O-(2″,6″-di-O-E-p-hydroxycoumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),quercetin(7)quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(9),quercetin-3-O-β-D-rhamnoside(10).Conclusions Compounds 16,8 and 9 are isolated from the leaves of Camellia Oleifera Abel for the first time.Compound 2 is isolated from Camellia plants for the first time.
