摘要
A higher resolution step method for the stepper motor that is based on the STM32 MCU is designed.The timer controlled by STM32 generates PWM signals,and the PWM-DAC conversion is completed after low-pass filtering,of which the dynamic outputs provide the A3988’s reference,then the STM32 achieves the stepper motor higher subdivision control by changing the current direction.The timer’s duty cycle of the STM32 is obtained via the look-up table method and its changing time interval is determined by the timer.The software and hardware and their design principles are described,and verified the results of this design.It shows that the design not only has the high control accuracy and flexibility,but also simple implementation and the benefit-cost advantages relative to the traditional use of DAC conversion chip solution.
