摘要
In order to effectively improve the dust suppression effect, this paper selects soybean protein isolate as the matrix. The composite dust suppressant is developed by the combination of chemical modification and compounding. Performance is analyzed from macro and micro levels, and the mechanism synergistic consolidation and dust suppression is further explored. The results show that after 48 h, the penetration depth of coal dust treatment with dust suppressant reaches 2 cm, which is greater than the penetration depth of water. After 84 h, the water retention of coal sample remained at 20%. The total pore volume and specific surface area of coal dust after the treatment of dust suppressant are reduced by 86.8% and 49.9%. The coal dust particles formed by aggregation can reach 398.6 μm. The consolidation layer on the coal surface reaches 82.3 HA, and the wind erosion resistance can be maintained at about 98.20%.
