Advances in Bone Repair Composite Materials and Related Issues

To explore ideal materials for bone repair is one of the hot topics in the field of bone tissue engineering.In this paper,research progress on bone regeneration composite materials and related issues in the last five years were reviewed.We described the present research status of bone repair composite materials including nanocomposites,composite materials loaded with active factors,composite materials introduced genetic engineering,magnetic composite materials.Discussion in-depth for vascularization of bone tissue engineering materials was also given in the article.Meanwhile,problems existing in bone regeneration composites were pointed out while its prospect was also proposed.
