GC/MS Analysis of Ganoderma Lucidum Spores Oil Extracted by Supercritical CO_2

Ganoderma Lucidum Spores was extracted by Supercritical C02. The extraction condition was 22 MPa( extraction pressure), 401 ( extraction temperature) , 8 MPa( separator pressure) , 501 ( separator temperature). Then the spores oil was analyzed with GC/MS. The results show that the fatty acid composition is oleic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, palmitic acid, a few tridecanoic acid, pentadecanoic acid, heptadecanoic acid and so on, the unsaturated fatty acid content is 68.42%, and the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid is 62.45% .
