Focused on the heart 3D modeling through medical imaging technology to obtain the heart sequence of images for extracting relevant parameters of cardiac structure,a new method based on the rapid generation of tetrahedral mesh for heart modeling of the finite element is presented in this paper.Various restrictive conditions of deformable model are combined to simulate dynamic deformation of the heart. The finite element equation of the heart surface reconstruction is constructed by using biomechanics principle and finite element, and the non-overlap tetrahedral mesh cells are constructed rapidly by triangle mesh data points on heart surface to meet the requirement of calculating cell's stress and displacement. The proposed method provides a foundation for reconstructing heart movement, and the experimental results also show its effectiveness and validity.
