Super congruence on harmonic sums

Wang and Cai established the following harmonic congruence for odd prime and positive integer [Formula: see text]: [Formula: see text] where [Formula: see text] denote the set of positive integers which are prime to [Formula: see text]. In this paper, the authors generalize it into super congruence for odd prime [Formula: see text] and positive integer [Formula: see text]: [Formula: see text] where [Formula: see text] [Formula: see text] [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] are positive integers such that [Formula: see text]
