In order to obtain Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) films with uniform film formation and high conductivity, the conductive films were prepared on inkjet printing paper by flexographic printing with PEDOT:PSS solution doped with isopropyl alcohol (IPA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyethylene oxide (PEO) and Triton X-100 as conductive ink. The conductivity of PEDOT:PSS films were improved by methane sulfonic acid post-treatment. Taking into account the uniformity and conductivity of PEDOT:PSS films, a three-layer conductive film with uniform film formation and low sheet resistance (245 Ω/sq) was obtained. As electrode materials, electrochromic devices (ECDs) were prepared. Under the working voltage of 1.5 V, fast coloring is realized in 3.9 s and fast fading is realized in 2.3 s, with a color contrast of 25.52.KeywordsPEDOT:PSSFlexographic printingPaper-based conductive filmElectrochromic device
