摘要
This paper addresses the metal detection problem in wireless charging automation systems and investigates the detection probe structure by means of an external foreign object detection method. Typical core structures were compared in terms of magnetic field distribution, magnetic field direction, etc. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, the core structure and winding method with certain advantages are selected. This method can realize the reasonable configuration of the external detection probe of the wireless charging guide plate, which provides an important basis for the design and trial production of the subsequent inspection system.
