摘要
Service robots is a trending topic. As more and more robots enter the frontline workplace, the question arises how human employees will adapt to robot co-workers. The notion of human-robot work relationships is still novel. In this chapter we explore how service organizations can prepare for the transition of a human-robot workforce. We present a framework for the digital transformation of the service frontline and the integration of human-robot teams.
