摘要
Ultraviolet Photodetectors In article number 2200500, Manjeet Kumar, Ju-Hyung Yun, and co-workers demonstrate the pyro-phototronic effect in n-Si/MoO3−x heterostructures. The pyro-phototronic effect is an effective phenomenon to improve device performance and has drawn great attention due to the modulation of photo-generated charge carrier separations, transportation, and extraction. The present work offers a sustainable approach to exploring the pyro-phototronic effect in centrosymmetric materials for the development of highly efficient photodetectors.
