The real-time monitoring of environmental indicators during the cold chain transportation of products is of great significance to ensure that the products are always in the specified low temperature environment, ensure the quality to the greatest extent, and then reduce the product loss in the logistics process. This paper studies the application of NB-IoT technology in cold chain transportation quality monitoring, proposes the application framework of this technology, and implements a demo system to verify the feasibility of this framework. The system is based on an intelligent terminal integrated with NB IoT communication, GPS/Beidou positioning and other related technologies developed to collect data in the cold chain transportation process, construct private cloud-based resource sharing through the network, and realize the monitoring of vehicle operation route, real-time operation position, personnel safety and temperature and humidity in the compartment during the cargo transportation process. In the event of an emergency, it can decide quickly to provide security services for cold chain transportation. The system has the characteristics of low power consumption, wireless communication, and multi-point monitoring.
