The demand for improving the efficiency and accuracy of handling and classification of logistics products has increased due to the rapid development of e-commerce express, new energy vehicles, intelligent factories, and other fields. In this paper, in response to the above needs, we design and produce a logistics vehicle that can realise intelligent identification and tracking. The overall design of the logistics vehicle, mechanical structure design, control system design, and algorithm identification are introduced. The logistics vehicle's main frame is constructed using aluminium profiles. The motor's differential speed is controlled through PWM to achieve steering drive, with a microcontroller. Item recognition is achieved through OpenCV image processing algorithm, using Raspberry Pi for image processing. It has been demonstrated that it can perform intelligent identification and logistics handling functions, resulting in improved efficiency and accuracy of classification.
