Eight chemical constituents were isolated form root of Rhodila pamiera. Their structure were identified as docosane (I), glutin-5-en-3-one (II), beta-sitostecol (III) hexacosanoic acid (IV), p-hydroxyacetophenone (V), kaempferol (VI), gallic acid (VII) and piceoside (Ⅷ) by spectral data. The above-mentioned compounds were separated from the plant at first time.
