[Aims] Evaluated the degradation dynamics and environmental safety of jinggangmycin in rice ecosystem.[Methods] The field trials on the degradation and final residue of jinggangmycin·hexaconazole 11% SC were carried out in Hunan,Fujian and Guangxi province in 2009-2010.The samples were extracted with methanol-water(9∶1,by vol),concentrated and cleaned up with C18 solid phase extraction column, determined using HPLC equipped with UV detector and external standard method.[Results] The results showed that the half-lives of jinggangmycin were 1.6-2.9,1.5-1.6,1.7-1.9 d in soil,2.9-4.3,2.3-2.9,1.8-3.0 d in water and 1.7,1.6-1.7,1.6 d in rice of Hunan,Fujian and Guangxi province during two years, respectively. No jinggangmycin residues were detected at harvest season.[Conclusions] In conclusion, jinggangmycin·hexaconazole 11% SC was safe in rice at recommended dose.
