摘要
Researches on employee voice behavior accompany with extra role behavior research which refer to the employees' constructive opinion on bad behavior, affairs persuade or organizational development. In today's increasingly competitive business environment, employees' innovative ideas and suggestions play an important role in the organization existence and development. On the basis of previous studies, this paper conducts the definition and research line of voice behavior, dimensions and measurement, function mechanism about the antecedents, outcome variables and intermediate variables. At last, it will evaluate the previous studies and put forward the corresponding management enlightenment.
