摘要
We fabricated a composite structure of SnO2 nanoparticles, derivant of Co-MOF(C) and carbon cloth (CC), that is, SnO2@C/CC, which can be directly used as an anode for a lithium-ion battery. SnO2@C/CC composite delivered reversible capacities of 2700 mAh g−1 at 0.1 A g−1. SnO2@C/CC composite exhibits an outstanding discharge capacity of 1000 mAh g−1 at 3 A g−1 after 500 cycles. Further, it displays a reversible capacity of 600 mAh g−1 at 5 A g−1 over 500 cycles. SnO2/[email protected] composite anode for lithium-ion battery without a metal collector which fabricated by a hydrothermal-bases route has superior cycle performance of 1000 mAh g−1 over 500 cycles at 3 A g−1, and excellent rate performance with discharge capacity of 600 mAh g−1 at 5 A g−1.
