The problem of child protection in development international and russian public: a retrospective digression

The article analyzes the origins of the problem of child protection and provides a retrospective review of the activities of collegial international and Russian representative offices in the formation and implementation of proposals aimed at protecting children from the influence of all conditions that determine antisocial behavior.
