Application of Otago exercise program in preventing falls in the elderly

This paper tries to introduce the role of Otago Exercise Program in preventing falls in the elderly and summarize the forms and current application of Otago Exercise Program at home and abroad, aiming to provide theoretical basis and proposals for China's medical workers to take measures to prevent falls in the elderly.
