摘要
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorder in children characterized by deficits in cognition.The examination of the disease mainly relies on clinical observation and scale testing.Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS)is an emerging non-invasive brain function detection technology which can evaluate brain function more objectively.Its biggest advantage is that the test results are less influenced by body movements, especially suitable for children.Recently, fNIRS has been widely used in children with ADHD both in scientific research and clinical work, and has application value in its cognitive function detection, drug treatment influence, auxiliary diagnosis and adjuvant therapy.
