摘要
Under the global business environment with enhanced dynamics and complexity, the international growth of an enterprise presents new characteristics, and overseas network embeddedness, host-country institutional context, and relationship learning capability become the key factors in the growth of internationalization of an enterprise. Taking export-oriented manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang, China, as the research objects, total 420 copies of questionnaire are distributed, and 307 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 73.1%. The research results reveal positive effects of 1.overseas network embeddedness on internationalization performance, 2.overseas network embeddedness on relationship learning, and 3.relationship learning on internationalization performance; besides, 4.institutional context partially moderates the relationship between overseas network embeddedness and relationship learning. The research results are expected to be applied to the transnational learning of an enterprise for the reference of research on network embeddedness and organizational learning.
