摘要
With the increasing health awareness and medical service level, wearable sensing devices are developing at a breakneck speed. Especially in recent years, the products of the fusion of wearable technology and various high-tech devices have greatly improved people's lives and slowed down the aging process around the world. With the combination of powerful sensing capabilities and wearable technology, optical fiber sensors have become an emerging force in the wearable field, which has a profound impact on the development of remote health monitoring and medical rehabilitation. This review presents the classification of wearable optical fiber sensors and their practical applications in human health monitoring, analyzing some of their fabrication details and advantages. In addition, the large-scale use of wearable electronic sensors at this stage has sharply increased the resource shortage and environmental burden. We hope that wearable optical fiber sensors can develop in a sustainable manner, so we briefly discuss their materials and solutions in environmental protection and recycling. In this era of challenges and opportunities, the emergence of wearable optical fiber sensing devices is bound to bring dawn to life and medical monitoring.
