Manganese-based metal-organic frameworks with oxidase properties break the temperature limitation of nano enzymes for glutathione detection

This study presents a manganese-based metal–organic framework (Mn/BTC-MOF) with excellent oxidase-like activity at 0–50 °C, can achieve colorimetric detection of glutathione in serum over a wide temperature range.
