摘要
Chemodynamic therapy (CDT) utilizes iron-initiated Fenton reaction to produce highly toxic hydroxyl radical (•OH) to achieve selective tumor treatment. Combined with catalytic therapy, adjustment of tumor microenvironment, immunotherapy and multimodal damage of subcellular organelles, CDT can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of CDT. This review highlights several innovative strategies in the past two years.
