摘要
Multi-flex-body system dynamics analyzing method is used to analysis the dynamics response of urban rail vehicle. Taking a urban rail vehicle as a research object, the bogie frame and wheelsets are used as rigid bodies, and the car body is used as a flexible body. Hypermesh is used to build a finite element model for the car body, substructure analysis and modal analysis are performed in ANSYS. The flex car body is handled by condensing the freedom of interface through superelement concept, and the rigid-flexible dynamic model of the vehicle is established to carry out dynamic analysis. Combined with the rigid body dynamics model and the test results, the influence of vehicle flexible treatment on the running stability of the vehicle is analyzed. The results show that the rigid-flexible coupling model takes into account the effect of elastic vibration, the result is larger than that of rigid model. Comparing with the experimental data, the calculation error of the rigid-flexible coupling model is less than 10.46%, and that of the rigid model is within 21.47%, which proves that the elastic vibration cannot be ignored in the vehicle dynamics analysis.
