摘要
The primary sequence of one of the isoaccepting species of E., coli tRNAAr consists of 76 nucleotide residues, including pseudouridine, ribothymidine, dihydrouridine, 2-thiocytidine, inosine, 2-methyladenosine, 7-methylguanosine and an unknown nucleoside X as minor components. The sequence can be arranged in a clover leaf structure like those of other tRNAs. Inosine is located in the first position of the anticodon. This is the first time that inosine has been found in bacterial tRNA as a wobbling base.
