18F-FDG PET/CT Versus 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT in a Case of Isolated Nodal-Type Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma

Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma is a rare low-grade sarcoma originating from mesenchymal dendritic cells. We presented 18 F-FDG and 68 Ga-FAPI PET/CT findings in a 32-year-old woman with pathologically confirmed nodal-type follicular dendritic cell sarcoma. In this case, follicular dendritic cell sarcoma demonstrated lower uptake with FAPI than FDG.
