摘要
Abstract An efficient method is developed for synthesizing new pyrazole‐linked oxazoles through a palladium‐catalyzed Sonogashira coupling reaction. In this method, from the reaction of 5‐chloro‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐ N ‐(prop‐2‐phenyl)‐1 H ‐pyrazole‐4‐carboxamide with aryl iodides having nitro group and aryl iodides with electron‐donating groups, pyrazole‐linked oxazole derivatives and 5‐chloro‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐ N ‐(3‐arylprop‐2‐yn‐1‐yl)‐1 H ‐pyrazole‐4‐carboxamide derivatives were obtained respectively. The prepared products were characterized using FT‐IR, 1 HNMR, and 13 CNMR spectroscopies.
