It is a very worthy problem to efficiently identify a large amount of personal mobile image data. The core task of this problem is to automatically and efficiently screen out the pictures that may involve sensitive marks. This paper proposes a sensitive identification method based on image semantic segmentation to realize automatic detection of personalized image sensitive identification. This method utilizes the advanced visual features of images and obtains the description tag set of images through semantic segmentation. By using this tag set, the image sensitive identification is detected from two granularity of context and element. At the same time, the sensitive identification of users is mined. In order to test the validity of the method, 2493 pictures from users were collected and labelled, and the identification accuracy of image sensitive labels reached 89.3%. Finally, based on the above detection method of image sensitive identification, the user's personal photos are quantified and the image sensitive identification protection scheme for different scenes is proposed.
