Analysis of POD Isoenzyme of Cardiocrinum giganteum in Different Source

An analysis of 39 kinds of the POD isoenzyme of Cardiocrinum giganteum from 3 different populations were carried out by PAGE electrophoresis.And on the basis of the different characteristics of these varieties among enzyme belts,genetic diversity of Cardiocrinum giganteum was studied.The results showed that the genetic difference was smaller between Lincang source and Yunlong source,but it was larger between Shili River source and Lincang source.And genetic diversity was abundant within population.
