A one-pot approach towards polycarbonate-b-polyester block copolymers via chemoselective polymerization catalyzed by a one-component phosphonium borane Lewis pair

Chemoselective polymerization from a mixture of l -LA, CHO and CO 2 enables the synthesis of PLLA, PCHC or PCHC- b -PLLA achieved by PBB-Br. The chemoselectivity depends on the nature of the growing polymer chain end.
