Polymer Nanocomposites: Polymer Nanocomposites with Interpenetrating Gradient Structure Exhibiting Ultrahigh Discharge Efficiency and Energy Density (Adv. Energy Mater. 15/2019)
In article number 1803411, Yang Shen and co-workers develop a modified non-equilibrium processing method to fabricate polymer nanocomposites with an interpenetrating gradient structure for capacitive energy storage applications. Rational design, greatly suppressed dielectric loss and enhanced breakdown strength lead to an ultrahigh discharge efficiency and energy density, providing a new design paradigm for polymer nanocomposites with outstanding energy storage performance.
