摘要
Organic electronics will be on the verge of large-scale industrialization once their fabrication is compatible with conventional photolithography and patterning techniques. This Preview discusses the recent advances in foundry-compatible, high-resolution patterning processes for organic semiconductors to pave the way for low-cost, ambient-processable, environmentally benign, highly efficient, and reliable fabrication of organic electronics.
