Theoretical studies on surface kinetics and growth properties of Sb2Se3 and Sb2S3

Complicated potential energy surfaces and diffusion properties are present on the (001) and (010) surfaces of Sb 2 Se 3 and Sb 2 S 3 due to their low symmetry. Growth mechanism can be accordingly predicted and compared with the experimental results.
