Concurrent photothermal therapy and photodynamic therapy for cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma by gold nanoclusters under a single NIR laser irradiation

The concurrent photothermal and photodynamic therapy of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma by a single drug of Au₂₅(Capt)₁₈nanoclusters is demonstrated, together with a preliminary immune response study conducted under a single NIR laser irradiation.
