摘要
Filament winding is widely known as an effective manufacture method of the cylindrical composite products. However, this method has some significant drawbacks. The tension of the surface layer and the tension of the inner layers can differ in the formed products significantly. This effect exists also in the case when the tension of the wound material is regulated. The tension is maintained usually at the constant level. Owing to the specified drawback there are deviations of winding density and other indicators of stress-strain state from the planned values. To address this drawback is offered the control system of the composite winding density. The system provides stabilization of geometrical parameters of the composite product and its density.
